Chris Leafy

Hi, my names Chris.

I have over 12 years experience working with people with Disabilities.

I have worked in various settings including Adult respites and group homes, aswell as in home care residential settings.

In 2012 i recieved a letter of commendation from MP Andrew Constance for partaking in a pilot program centred around keeping children with complex diagnosis attached and involved with there community.

Additionally both my parents have disabilities and are in wheelchairs, and i have played a vital role in supporting them as well as getting them onto NDIS packages and keeping them involved in there communities.

English is my first language, and i have a current drivers license.

I am physically fit and motivated

I have full working rights in Australia, a can do attitude, and am ready to start asap.

I am available within the Cardinia Shire aswell as the Yarra Valley.
