Ablepoint Australia was formed to fill service gaps in the areas of homelessness, justice, and health. Ablepoint has created a company-wide awareness of the COAG agreement between government agencies and their complete involvement inside the National Disability Insurance Agency, as well as the funding implications for all agencies.
Ablepoint is designed to help participants achieve their long-term goals as outlined in their National Disability Support Plan, which was prepared in collaboration with the client, stakeholders, and families by the National Disability Insurance Agency.

Individual participant goals to limit admission to health and incarceration to judicial systems are visible in Ablepoint’s purpose and success indicators, which rely significantly on the strong and ongoing cooperation of all government organizations.

This will be accomplished through a collaborative approach to person-centered support that identifies strengths and advocates for the client’s choice and control, as well as incorporating a level of advocacy to the participants’ goals and historic barriers through a thorough and thorough review of their history.

Throughout their time with Ablepoint, all participants will be assigned to a professional advocate. This strengthens the ability of service users to hold Ablepoint accountable for our deployment and support. Ablepoint is based on the needs of the individual and strives to assist the core part of the client’s needs, which is their past trauma and/or lack of support.
